After-Sales Service

1. The equipment comes with a one-year free warranty. Lifetime technical support is provided.
2. Damage caused by human factors, natural disasters, non-quality factors of the equipment, and force majeure are not covered by the warranty.
3. Upon arrival at the buyer's location, the seller is responsible for installation, debugging, and training 1-2 operators for the buyer. The buyer shall inspect the equipment in accordance with the contract, and upon passing the inspection, both parties shall sign an acceptance report. Customers may send personnel to our company for systematic training on the principles of laser technology, followed by on-site training after installation and debugging. Alternatively, based on the customer's needs, our engineers can provide training at the buyer's location.

cDelivery Methods
- Provide door-to-door delivery with exclusive vehicles or logistics transportation, with wooden box protective safe packaging. And have engineers on-site training until normal production is achieved, followed by equipment acceptance.
- Provide on-site pick-up, training and learning at the factory, and logistics delivery after passing the acceptance.
