Big format laser marking machine for PCB industry, which can realize full automation of loading, marking, turning, unloading, and connection production; ultra-large format processing of 750x750mm PCB boards, which can mark bar codes, QR codes, characters, graphics, etc.;
Information such as raw material procurement, production process and technology, product batch, manufacturer, production date, product destination, etc. can be automatically generated into a QR code, which can be automatically marked on the PCB/FPCB surface by laser to achieve product traceability and management.

01 Automatic Flip
After marking one side, it can autocratically flip, lift-type flipping components, 750x750mm big format flipping is easily completed, double-sided marking is done continuously
02 Automatic Loading And Unloading
The manipulator in the feeding area automatically adsorbs the PCB board, grabs and moves to worktable for automatically marking. After marking it will be automatically absorbed and move to the receiving area.
03 Precise CCD Positioning
It can automatically positioning the PCB effectively, tightly adsorb the PCB platform and improve the marking quality.
