Знания по техническому обслуживанию лазерного гравировального станка
Laser equipment maintenance: Pay attention to cleaning the lenses and guides every day, sweeping up debris on the workbench; cleaning method for lenses: When cleaning lenses, it is necessary to use absolute ethanol or a cleaning solution containing 98% alcohol, use a small amount of lint-free cotton to lightly dab the alcohol and gently wipe the lens in a directional manner, and finally use a dry cotton ball to gently wipe the lens to make it bright and transparent; (Note that excessive force when wiping can easily scratch off the coating on the lens, causing damage to the lens) cleaning method for guides: First remove the stains and machining debris from the guides, then add a little clean lubricating oil to the guides, and move the sliding guides to ensure that the lubricating oil is evenly distributed on the guides. (Note that do not use too thick lubricating oil (grease) as this type of oil can easily adhere to the guides, causing machining debris and dust to stick, leading to wear and damage of the sliders and guides); cleaning method for the workbench: The workbench includes zinc iron alloy, honeycomb, crawler, blade strips, etc. First, clean the machining debris from the workbench. For crawler workbenches used for half a year, add a little clean anti-rust oil to the crawler and perform anti-rust treatment. Other workbenches do not require this. (Note that it is easy to rust if the workbench is cleaned with water, which can accelerate the oxidation of the workbench.)

Correct operation procedure for maintaining the focusing lens of a laser cutting
-
Remove the focusing lens from the frame: loosen the securing screws, then remove the air nozzle and lens tube; first use a blow-up ball to blow away the dust on the lens surface;
-
If the lens actually needs cleaning, only laboratory-grade paper soft cotton balls can be used, dipped in an appropriate amount of acetone or high-proof alcohol, and gently wipe in a clockwise direction from the center of the lens to the edge. If necessary, both sides of the lens need to be cleaned, and care should be taken to be careful and meticulous during cleaning;
-
Reinstall the lens tube and air nozzle, adjust the focal length, tighten the securing screws, and make sure to keep the convex side down when installing the focusing lens.

The focusing lens material is ZnSe (arsenide of zinc), which is relatively brittle and prone to breakage; attention should be paid during disassembly and assembly: do not apply excessive force and avoid collision with hard objects. The surface has an antireflective coating and is afraid of contamination, moisture, oil, and scratching; therefore, it is required to provide dry, oil-free air during work. Never handle the focusing lens of the laser cutting machine directly with your hands, as skin oils can cause persistent damage to the lens surface. On the contrary, you can operate with gloves and their special accessories. For smaller lenses, using optical tweezers or vacuum tweezers is more convenient. Regardless of the method used to hold the focusing lens of the laser cutting machine, it can only be held along the non-optical surface, such as the frosted edge of the lens frame.

Generally, it is necessary to check the condition of the laser cutting machine focusing lens before and after use and cleaning. Because most pollutants and surface defects are relatively small in size, we often need to use magnifying equipment when checking the lens. In addition to magnifying equipment, sometimes we also need to use a relatively bright light to illuminate the optical surface to enhance the mirror-like reflection intensity of surface pollutants and defects, making it easier to detect pollutants and defects.
